Ghana Reading Icon
A nationwide literacy movement and school reading competition.
Ghana Reading Icon is our flagship literacy programme — a year-round competition that pairs schools with trained volunteer tutors, quarterly book kits, and a shared scoring framework now recognised by the Ghana Education Service. Now in its sixth cohort, it reaches 280 schools across all sixteen regions.
