Curriculum Designer

Design and iterate the reading and vocational curricula used across all five active projects, working directly with GES standards and classroom teachers.

• Design reading-level frameworks for the Reading Icon programme
• Co-develop vocational modules for Read for Career
• Pilot materials with partner-school teachers and revise based on feedback
• Maintain alignment with GES curriculum standards

• Background in education, curriculum design, or instructional design
• Experience with Ghanaian basic education a strong plus
• Comfortable working with field data and teacher feedback
