About the role
Lead school onboarding, tutor placement, and reporting across our Northern Region cohort — the operational anchor between Accra HQ and 47 partner schools.
Responsibilities
- Onboard new partner schools and coordinate book/device deliveries
- Recruit, train and support volunteer tutors
- Submit monthly progress reports to Accra HQ
- Represent Godan Foundation with district education offices
Requirements
- 3+ years in education or community programme management
- Based in or willing to relocate to Tamale
- Valid driver's license
- Fluent in English and Dagbani
