About the role
Track reading scores, retention rates, and impact data across all partner schools, feeding the metrics behind our annual report.
Responsibilities
- Design and maintain data collection tools for all five projects
- Visit partner schools quarterly to verify data quality
- Produce quarterly impact dashboards for leadership
Requirements
- Experience with M&E frameworks in education or development
- Strong Excel/data skills; SQL a plus
- Comfortable with periodic field travel
