About the role
Run a weekly reading club at a partner school near you — no teaching degree required, just consistency and care.
Responsibilities
- Lead a twice-weekly reading session for 20-35 pupils
- Track pupil progress using our simple scoring sheet
- Attend a one-day tutor onboarding session
Requirements
- Reliable weekly availability for a full school term
- Comfortable reading aloud and leading group discussion
- No formal teaching qualification required
